Civic Type S splitters

hello all,

I am a new boy so please dont shout if this question has been asked loads and loads of times.

I have a 5 door Civic 2.2 CDTI and I am looking to buy both the front and back splitter from a Type S. I know the wheel arch mouldings flare outwards rather than inwards on a type S/R and I will replace these 4 different arch mouldings so the splitters fit but are there any other parts I would need to consider replacing apart from all 4 wheel arch mouldings to ensure the splitters fit well?

Thanks

Yep, i'll get some pics on as soon it's been done. Thanks for the link but I think this is based towards a type R splitter rather than a type S. Im quite confident all I need ontop of the splitters is the 4 arch mouldings but I dont want to buy the mouldings and the splitters to find out something else is needed or the splitters wont fit and im planning to get all the trim colour coded on top of that.

Hope someone can help..

This might be of help to you. It is not a simple job though.

Thanks for that, it will come in very handy. My 5 door will look like a S type one day. Just had a look through it, wish Honda could of made modifiying a little bit easlier for us.

Thanks, dont really have the confidence to be able to do it myself to be honest. Where did you actually purchase the necessary add ons?
