Talking Big Scratch in Door & Seat Plastic!

Managed to pick up some lovely monster scratches in the grey plastic on the door interior and on the back corner of the drivers seat after picking up my parents luggage from Southampton.

Loaded up the back with luggage and the drive back to Essex meant the suitcases pounding the plastic.

Any ideas how to hide these scratches

Cheers!

Yes, just found out how easy those seat backs and the front door pocket area scratches. Have kept everything beautifully clean until now (mainly as it was just me driving), but a couple of trips with a full compliment of passengers and you pick them up. And everyone was being careful too!

Unfortunately you have to get used to the fact that the exterior, interior panels, dash and material seats are all easy to scratch and mark - if you need a car for practical purposes the Civic is not the one it would seem!

Thats not a moan btw - its a fact!

In my old megane the plastic scratched so easily when people found an untouched part they thought it was the damaged part.

So if you need a practical car don't buy a 5 door hatch? I wouldn't worry too much about the scratches, after a weekend with two kids in the back the plastic on the passengers seat was half off!
