Leather Care

Hi all,
I have a 2.2 Diseal with Leather and this car is only 3 months old, however my leather has started to crack and look shabby. Does anyone know any good products i can use on this to repair, also would this be covered under the warranty for replacement, due to the fact the seat this is happening on, has hardly been sat on...

Your help is appericated.

Hi there

When I had my TT, I used this product, worked great on the leather and smells like leather as well (we've used it on our leather sofa as well!).

This is a link to a discussion about it

If you go to this link to order, it's cheaper
http://www.partsforsaabs.com/default.php?cPath=1_4

but if you want some more information go to http://www.liquidleather.com/

Poejay,
The manual says to wipe leather with a damp cloth then dry. With this in mind it might be best to sort out the warranty claim with the dealer before attempting to remedy it yourself. Cracked leather after 3 months is not acceptable, warranty or not.

Yes, get it straight back to the dealer and get a new seat. Imagine what it will look like in 3 years (never mind 3 months) when you are about to PX it !
