can the glass scrub and rain repellant be used on the glass roof? i know its glass but does it have a special coating on the outside to make the glass tinted?

These products are much easier to apply than things like Rain-X because they are a gel
Sorry the logic of the above is lost on me. Rain-X is like water in texture and really easy to apply and more importantly remove.

The gel is easier to ensure you have a nice even coverage and you can take your time doing it. The watery products tend to evaporate very quickly and so its more of a rushed job.

Try it and see!

Sorry but I am happy with Rain-X and have never had the problems of evaporation you mention. On the other hand if you want to send me a sample of your product, I'd be happy to test it for you.

Yes if you are happy then stick with it. It is a good product. It's just that in Auto EXPRESS' independent test of the anti-misting treatments they preferred the Comma product and specifically commented on the advantage of the Gel.

Rain Clear has been tested and been given the highest score they give for an individual test, but it has not been in a comparative test.
