Dashboard scratches.
Gents,
I've read that the new Civic can suffer with dashboard scratches if you try to polish or clean it with a cloth. So, how do you avoid them - is the plastic that sensitive to a soft cloth that it will scratch easily? Where on the dash do they occur - on the electronic dial area behind the steering wheel? What is the best cloth / cleaning solution to use? I used to use the soft bristle attachment on the hoover to clean up the dust on the car I have now - better than using a cloth/polish and never had any problems with scratches. B. |
