|The usual shampoo, then a coating of Halfords version of RainX on the rear door, roof and side windows.
On the inside just a wipe with a microfibre style cloth so far.

Normal car shampoo as used on the rest of the car, then a coating of RainX to make the water bead and run off. Haven't had to clean the inside yet!

Been trying to get these weird brown stains (watch it) off the car recently. They seem to be sandy rain drop stains, and are a right bu*&%r to get off. Usually find car soap, water, soap, more water, an old t-shirt and a large helping of elbow grease sometimes does the trick. Will have to try the Halfords Rain-X too.

Any car quality shampoo should be enough to clean the glass roof and any other glass in the car. However sealing the glass roof is very recomendable for it will not atract dust so easily and will clean a lot better. RainX is an option though I would definitely recomend the carlack combo. It combines a deep cleaner and then the sealant. Apply every 4-6 months.
