I'm sure it is possible. Just remove the bits you want coated and take them to a 'chromer'. I'm sure halfrauds could point you in the right direction or a sprayshop of some sort.

these are the audi ones, i think they look really good, not shiny chrome, maybe even alumminium?

Thats not going to work because they are plastic. I assume it is some sort of applied coating or paint

The silver wing mirrors on the Seat Ibiza FR are just painted plastic.
And the don't look that good in my opinion.

I know it's a matter of taste, but I think the body coloured mirrors add class to the motor.

If it was done correctly, I think a NHB with chromed wing mirrors and lip spoiler could look pretty good, if it was kept super clean!

I guess if you wait a little longer, they will be available to buy. I have already seen the mirrors with the carbon look here:

Shouldn't take much longer for some tuning company to build them in aluminium, that's what Audi's are.

That looks like a good site, good to see someone producing after market things for the Civic. Is the Civic a big seller in Germany?

My dealer says it is, but I don't really see that many on the streets out here... Suits me, I prefer driving cars that are different from the majority, and the Civic definitely is!

There's some more german sites with parts for the Civic but nothing exciting yet. I guess the producers are waiting to see how the demand for aftermarket parts is going to develop.
