Exclamation Spiders Spiders everywhere

Along my driveway I have a long line of fir trees, I opened my door wide and went back in doors to get a hoover attachment, when I came back out I had obviously stepped back in to a huge nest of spiders because there were small gold spiders everywhere all over the tree and my car door, drivers seat and floor - I don't mind one or even two but not a whole army of them!!

I think i got them all out but what if I missed one and it lays eggs in my car?

Well let me tell you if a spider of any size shows itself while I am driving I am likely to crash

I am going to cut the trees back tomorrow and hoover the car again, just to be sure

I mean imagine a trip for you to the body repair shop and yet another one for your poor car ( although the way things are nowadays the civic would probably be out first)

TC - I hate spiders, really hate them.
But you can't blame them on this occassion - they like the look of your Civic and are hanging around until you can give them a lift to see the new Spiderman 3 movie !!!!

Is there some stuff that you can spray in the car then shut the door to create a confined space ?

I'm sure I saw some spray in B&Q yesterday.

I've got a bird feeder in the garden, don't fancy a spider feeder in the car!

Mind you, I've a few living in the door mirrors and they aren't too keen when I keep folding/unfolding them!

If you get a spider behind your door mirror glass then apparently they hate pledge polish and the like, just spray it around the mirror glass edge and hey presto - apparently.
