Graphics

Has anyone had graphics put on their cars or is anyone thinking of it, you know type, stripes etc. No sure whether the body needs it, but it would be interesting to know other views or maybe see some pictures

I suppose mine is nearly the right colour for the Subaru rally graphics
Or thinking about it, quite a few blue Ford ST/RS have the white stripe across the centre of the car and the bottom of the doors.
Does anybody have the photoshop skills to do this to mine.

But I don't think graphics will do anything for the Civic, the body already has enough fussy details.

I would be dubious of putting any stickers or decals on the car, not sure it would suit it, most likely ruin it. I could be proved wrong though

Silver and stripes doesn't work in my opinion. Plain enamel finishes seem to be best for it. White Focus ST with blue side stripes for example.

I have to sat that the styling of the Civic doesn't really lend itself to much in the way of adornment. I think the looks are radical enough without being livened up with stickers like the Ford STs

Honda better get that white Type R out so someone can try it!

I meant on most of the colours, not mine in particular.

And thanks Pottsy!

I'm in agreement, honest! The 5-door's lines don't have much space for stripes etc. It just seems worse on metallic colours, whatever the car. That is my opinion, of course

I too have been thinking of a nice subtle graphic to break up the black orange peel effect of my NHB, something with a silver and graphite stripe, but the lines of the bonnet and overall roundedness of the civ makes it hard to decide on the right position and line thickness.

Thinking in loose terms of something like the Tommy Makinen Evo Stripe.

I've actually bought graphics but haven't decided yet if I'll put them on. Color is chromesilver and it looks good on the paper, not sure how it would look on the car.
