Interior Protection
I love the nice fat seats and the touchy-feely alcantara material however I am very aware of how I rejected the opportunity for the dealer to superguard/safeguard the car (at £300) and now I am wondering what the best method is for protecting the interior seats?
Is Scotchguard the way to go or is there a better/more-suitable method for this type of fabric? |

So many different people seem to use it. I suppose it works. I would think that the only grief to applying it would be the labour involved. I doubt if the price is off putting for self-application. Don't know if it works on my Millie! 'twas applied FOC by the stealer. The dirt, if any, just ain't there! I don't think Scotchguard will stop seat 'wear n tear'. It only makes the fabric water resistant so that they can easily be cleaned. Best bet is retro leather. Results are great and the smell is wonderful...

I cannot agree more. ......but the Scotchguard cost around £7.99 and the leather costs a grand! http://www.scotchgard.org.uk/ "I run when I have to. ......when the ice-cream van is just pulling away for instance!" Charles H. |
