This thread is about: Brake Dust, it's in Cleaning at the Honda Civic forum Civinfo; Getting a layer of wax on the (clean) wheels certainly won't hurt I'd avoid using spray wax products though - brake discs might not work ...

I'd avoid using spray wax products though - brake discs might not work quite so well when they are all waxed up...

Removed all four wheels cleaned and applied Chemical Guys jetSEAL 109 prompt service form www.cleanandshiny.co.uk look good now, will have to wait and see if the brake dust comes off easily. Also noticed some light surface corrosion where the alloy wheel contacts the brake disc assembly; applied a small amount of 'copper slip' and also on the wheel studs ( not on the discs them self ! )

Chemical Guys Wheel Sealent or Jetseal 109 would be my recommendation.
