Supaguard???

Hello,

I have supaguard on my Type R, the car's one year old and I have cleaned it 4 times, I have cleaned it with just warm water, nothing else.

The dealer gave me an applicator kit and all the other gumf that comes in the little Supaguard box, should I be reapplying it?

Thanks,

Simon.

Yes...use the shampoo provided whenever you wash, and if there is another product like a consever or top up product then use this once a month

As smokeR says you should be using the shampoo and the conserve product that they provide. If you've had the car a year and never used the conserve then I would apply it neat then rinse instead of in a bucket of water

OK bit confused here - what is the preserver/conserver can't find it on the web site

supagard - Exterior

I just got the shampoo, paint sealant cream, wheel cleaner, wheel protector, type and trim dressing and upholstery cleaner as well as the brushes, sponges and cloths

Yea - that's what I thought, just apply with a damp cloth like polish .

It recomends this once every 3 months

I had Supaguard and Diamondbrite on my previous cars and I have to be honest they are a complete waste of money!
Nothing beats a good shampoo, polish and a fine wax all done by machine or hand.
