Nothing much wrong with that rob. When you strip back next time you'll obviously want to clay, detar, ironx to make sure your paint is clean and contaminant free ready for your next polishing session to give you better results.

Yeah i used to make the mistake with polish and wax of thinking yeah ill put on a nice thick layer and itll be better than a thin layer (as i was too lazy for two) until i started getting the worst hollograms and getting annoyed now i make sure i have most of the day free and prefferably another day

No that will be fine. I applied a fresh coat of AGHDW after my weekly washes, 2 or 3 coats in as many weeks is fine.

I wouldnt use AF citrus in every wash even its lsp safe. All these chemicals especially citrus based remove some of the protection.
Keep it for hard dirt dont use it in every wash

You are wasting it by using it on your arches. Get some APC for your arches, much more economical.

Yes for wheel arches you can use a cheap apc from supermarket.
Usually arches are very dirt so a dillution of 1:4 would work great. 1 part of apc 4 parts of water. Then you should rinse it

Yes, but at 20p per bottle you might not want to or do as Kostas says. I use Tesco's own basic brand.
