Its very easy Aaron
Slacken off the wheel nuts first
Jack it up
Remove nuts
Remove wheel
Do one wheel at a time
Fully tighten when its off the jack

As robbo says easy peasy,

use a proper trolley jack and a axel stand, don't trust that piece of rubbish scissor jack in the boot

Trolley is better but TBH if you haven't got one, you make do!
Some blocks of wood or similar as support will work. Bricks have been known to be used in the past also...

I went out an bought a trolley jack only £25 - not risking my limbs with that piece of tinfoil in the boot

big blocks of wood are good

Recommend the axle stand then there is no chance of it falling off the jack.

I suppose, some thought (as I did), that one day you might get a flat, be out of phone range, and have to change a wheel to get home. So it might be god practice and improve your confidence. Sorry for any misunderstanding matey
