Great job.
Beginners question about the paint thickness though. Your readings of 82.3 and 110-120. If there was risk of strikethough on the thinner part, surely that means you might only be leaving 30 - 40 microns on the remainder. Does the clearcoat get much easier to take off the thinner it gets?

Superb job Wayne. Nothing against the owner but it was in a state before you cleaned it. As always with your threads you never let any of us down when it comes to showing a really good professional job.

I should bloody well hope so, after all of that effort ! lol

Another excellent example of the wayneroonie's, "Crystal Clean Cleaning Service"

Can't wait to let you loose on my "Lightening Bolt".

Particularly liked the shot where I thought that your house was upside down...& the one of the very reflective open passenger door, with the wheel arch reflection on the door.

You should be doing this professionally, Wayne. I'm sure that you'd earn more than your current very well paid job, and you could choose your own hours !

I, for one, would be a regular customer...food for thought...

That's Really impressive and looks great!

When you say the PTG reading is thinner above the doors, is this the pillars or the section in line with the door handles?

Also, if polishing is only taking microns off the clear coat should there be any risk in polishing through or does the lower reading suggest the clearcoat is thinner?
Thanks for any help wanner.

Steve
