AC/Heater QUESTION: Rear Heated Windscreen

This might be a daft question - but I'll ask anyway.

Should ALL of the heated bars I have in the rear windscreen work or are at least six of them for show?! I've noticed that the top six (nearest the roof) do not activate like the rest and show no signs of life.

I do hope I don't have to make a trip to my local dealership...

The top few are for the aerial.

Shame the aerial part is no good though!!
