Is my Sat Nav Disk covered under my Warranty
Should my Sat nav disk be covered under warranty as the only reason they will be damage to it is due to the dvd drive itself as the disk has never been removed?

They should replace your disk without fuss, as long as it isn't damaged as result o fabuse/neglect. It's always good to make a backup copy of any valuable software (though it isn't always legal, alas...)
