I agree, would you want it after some dirty little scum bag has wrecked it trying to start it, or has had it for a day, longenough to leave his dirty syringes in there??? (Worst case scenario, but would you be truly happy sitting in it knowing some scum bag had sat there??).

Exactly, thats why there is a 4lb block of PE4 strapped under the drivers seat, exactly where his "gentleman's area" would be, no more fun after knicking my car

I do not rate Clifford, my family have owned many of these alarms and ended up taking them out. They are rubbish and also go wrong. If you leave the car more than a week, you'll have a flat battery! Apparantly Clifford had a good sales pitch and sold many of them, but they are made in the middle east so aren t that great! Cobra alarms used to be the best, not sure now though?

After whats happened to Stella's pride and joy overnight I am thinking about going and having tracker fitted once again.

I don't know what the call is for folk nicking anything other than the Type R. I wouldn't put tracker on any other Civic but I also heard that there had been 3 Type R's stolen in Paisley, Scotland in March and i just makes you think

They must be professionals, I would nt think that its that easy to steal a Type R with a Cat 1 Alarm, unless you tow it? Mind your would you want you stolen car back, I would nt?

I have a cobra tracker fitted to mine, the advantage over "tracker" tracker is that if the car is parked up in a shipping container it can still be found, where as the tracker cannot.

Most if not all Type R's have been stolen with their Keys, even Stella's! So Alarm is not a problem to them.

Also common for most cars to be stolen with Keys in todays socitey.

For those who haven't seen here is Stella's post from today Stolen - Milano Fn2. Registration N14RCF - TTS Performance Silverstone.
