There when you press a key on your phone for a perticular service.

i.e. Press 1 for Sales, 2 for support, 3 for FInance etc.

Thankyou, don't think it works, hands free surely means you dont use phone keys??

Page 285 in your big book basicly press your talk button then say SEND see that happens

It does indeed work like this, press the talk button, say send, say the number then confirm......

Trouble is it's such a long winded procedure there's a chance you'll time out on the dialer!
