the dash display lights up blue. Buttons like the electric windows on the door light up a faint green.

Sorry.................lost the plot abit here. My dash does not light up blue but a red halo around the rev counter. Can you change it ?

No, you can't change it. The Type R's have a red lights on the dash and speedo and all other Civics have blue
