Parrot PMK5800--anyone got one?

Thinking of buying the Parrot 5800 hands free kit and was wondering if any forum members have bought one and are they any good?

I agree, the 3100 is a good handsfree. I have the 3200 which is the same but with a colour screen. I may have a 3100 to sell, just need to test it.

Havnt heard of the Parrot 5800, if i were you i would def go for the 3100, its cheap and easy(ish!) to install....

The PMK 5800 looks like a "plug-in" device for the cigarette lighter rather than a wire-in solution (like the 3100).

Also, have a look here:

This is why I would like to hear from someone who has one,,,,,,,going for the plug and play version simply because I can then transfer it into HGV/PSV with the aid of a dropper.

Yes.........got one but not in the Civic as I have the Honda HFT. Can really recomend it .!!!
