Passenger window switch - up or down?!

I think I may be going crazy, so I need to check this out...

Since I got my car back from being repaired / serviced I have noticed that the swicth on the drivers door to disable / enable all passengar windows now is Enabled when in the up position (with the red bit showing) and disabled when down.

I am sure it use to be the other way around, but need to check with you guys before calling the garage.

Please advise...!

That's why the red bit is showing as a reminder that windows can be operated by the kids in the back. At least that's how i remember if they are on or off.

Whilst we are on this, can anyone tell me should that switch be illuminated when the headlights are on? All the other switches on the drver's door are, but not that one.
