I use 00 rather than +, dunno if the phone book accepts it, but the HFT when you just tell it a number accepts it, managed to call both Ireland, India and Denmark that way.

I couldn't get it to accept + either, so I just used our home codes without the international bit. I thought I'd try and 'phone home from France last month and it worked. Don't know why, and neither did T-mobile when I asked them.
It'd be interesting to see if anyone else here could explain it. |
