Phone No response from hft

My dealer fitted hft on my 1.8 just today. But when I was trying to use it, I couldnt make it work. It seems like everything is correct. There is a green backlight on the hft unit, there's a blinking blue light on the unit at startup and when I press the talk button and there's a beep about 5 seconds after the ignition is turned on. Then I try pressing (and releasing) the talk button and say "system", as it says in the handbook. Nothing happens and the blue light is still flashing. I have bluetooth on on my phone. But I don't think the phone is the problem since I don't get any response at all. I've even tried the commands: "phone setup", "setup", "language", "change language", "English", "clear", "yes", "pair". Nothing. Am I supposed to press any of the other buttons? Pressing them for a few seconds? I know I should have asked at the dealer's how to work it before I left. If noone got an answer, I'll call them tomorrow and ask them what's wrong

if your dealer fitted it you wont have voice activated hft. this only comes fitted as standard
