Add-on nav Cheap? Stand Alone GPS

Folks,

I read a thead on a forums (boards.ie) where I usually frequent about a stand alone GPS available from Maplin.

Its called the aytobe costs somewhere between 70-80 sterling afaik.
Anyway I got one the other day and the maps with it were pretty poor, so since its a windows ce based device it was possible to remove the original software and use another brand instead.

BTW this explains how to do it, you should buy your alternative software yourself.

Have a look on Pocket GPS World someone may have lready been down this route although normally with these things they are customised so an to only work as supplied.
