Pardon a daft screen question

I'm off to pick up my Type S GT tomorrow and I'm planning my first mod...

But I can't remember 1 daft detail...

I've not gone for the (overpriced) SatNav option and I can't remember what is in the place of the screen... i.e. is it a blanking plate or just a diffrent moulding shape?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

FG.

Wrong...

The upper dash is differently shaped and gets a larger version of the black/white led screen. It displays Radio/climate and clock info.

Sorry to be dumb, but if I bought a Civic sat nav and LCD kit, will it fit directly to my 1.8SE?

Thanks

Everything is possible - but you would need a shed load of bits, and an awful lot of time and effort

It's certainly a lot more involved than simply buying the screen and the DVD player...

Replied to your email, I don't think the time/effort and cost would be worth it really

It may even be cheaper to sell the car and buy an EX instead given the ammount of stuff you need to buy.

That would be an extreme move to get SATNAV!
