Fuel efficiency backlight

In the custom menu you can turn this on/off but does anybody know what it really does?

I haven't noticed anything and the manual doesn't give much of a clue!!!

Isn't this the eco lights in the top right of the dash? The green ones.

That's what I think too. The eco lights and the rev lights are like the angel and the devil sat there on each side!

Please give it a try and let me know as I also thought this but did not notice any change... Maybe its me not paying attention...

You'll only notice if the Eco lights are off when your driving.
EDIT:just realised im in the 9G section. Stupid iPhone.

Thanks for the feedback... The change is only apparent in Eco mode and simply stops the display changing from blue to green, i.e. the display stays blue...
