Fuel how many miles to a full tank?

could someone please help me with a query?. i was just wondering how many miles on average a hcts gt 2.2 deisel will do on a full tank, bearing in mind i dont thrash it.i had the car chipped a week ago by superchips, but not sure what difference i will get on mpg.hope u can help.

Please do a search on the forum on mpg or mileage, there are tons of posts on this subject.

My 1.4 does 700 km's before I fill up. The warning light is on after 650 km or so.
For 700 km's the car needs only 44 or 45 liters of V-power fuel.

so my score is about 45 imperial MPG (always, this is my average)

If I try my best and drive on slow routes, then 50 MPG is no problem.

Hey Steve -
If I drive with a bit of acceleration and higher revs (Between 3.0-4.0) I get between 36-40mpg.
If i drive normally, changing between 1.5 and 2.0 on the rev counter I can get 43-47mpg.
On the motorway - I cant get between 50-65mpg sitting at around 65-80mph.
I get between 480-550 miles out of a tank... hope this info helps. As you have had yours chipped you should be getting slightly more miles to the gallon.
