Those of you getting it cheaper have you checked what oil they used? A lot are using 5W40 to keep the price down

I am perfectly happy for my car to be serviced with the oil my dealer supplied(Texaco 5w-40 fully synthetic ) he was also happy to let me supply the 0w-30 oil castrol branded stuff.
In our temperate UK climate 5w-40 is fine,my economy has not suffered at all and i have still averaged 49 MPG over 2000 miles.
I also saved £105 pounds over Hepworth Honda Halifax
Erm..... cough don't think the oil is that much better is it?

Just had my 25k service done for my 2.2 ex at bassetts bridgend cost me £310, excellent service as well!

Had 25K service done on my 2.2 Sport at weekend, £299.25 including 2 new wiper blades, Arnold Clark Manchester.

Johnsons Honda in Milton Keynes Quoted £389.99!

£374 for 2 year service at Agnew Honda Belfast......and I didnt mistake the price the service guy told me!! Crazy!!

£135 for 2 year service at Donnolly & Taggart Honda, Ballymena

Just paid £179 at Stratsone Leeds (City) for 24K 2 Yrs. This was an error on there part. Ring there head office up, agree 10% discount. They made an error with regards the type of service I wanted and were going to charge me £70.00 more. They stated it was 2 hrs labour, however I pointed out to them I had been waiting 1 hr.
