OMFG! Look at who is commenting on MPG on that site.
Will definately fill up at Shell anyway. And since they've recently stopped selling any other type of 95 octane fuel, so Optimax it is. |

Has anyone got any preferences for diesel? I've only ever had a petrol and always tried to avoid supermarkets, I nearly always use my local Esso, always seem to match the supermarket prices and never had a problem so I plan on doing the same on my first ever diesel fill-up.

I've been using Optimax exclusively in my Accord Type R since the stuff came out and the economy is about +2 mpg more around town and about +3 to +4 mpg more on the motorway.
It does drive smooooooother on the V-Power/Optimax but I get it more for the better mpg and alleged engine cleaning properties. |
