Looking at the Remus website, there is only one exhaust system for our Civic, the
PowerSound. It should also have a manually adjustable valve to control the sound intensity. But I am not surprised, what one finds noisy or not can be very subjective.

I agree... I might just have gotten a little too old and a little too sensitive to the "noise"
Perhaps the valves are manually ajustable.... but they aren't easily acessible as they are placed way under the car, and a little hard to reach without a lift, so I don't think it's ment to be altered from trip to trip.

Anyhow, my exchaust was on the car when I bought it, and I haven't got much knowledge about it... I just replaced it after two weeks.

(I have it lying around, if anybody's interested in it, I'd be happy to exchange it for something...... I could do with a set of winter-tires eventually)
