Clutch Problem!!

Hey everyone, looking for a bit of input...

I've had a high pitched rattle noise coming everytime i move off from standing and when i took it to the dealer this morning the guy told me it was a loose bearing in my clutch and they'd need to take it in to investigate it, he said that he was "99% sure" it would be a fault and that it would be covered under warranty but said he cant be certain until its taken in cos it could be a worn clutch...surely the clutch cant be worn out already? (my CTR is only just coming up for 2 years old and only done 14k miles) said 6-700 to fix if not under warranty

has anyone else heard of this happening? i know there is another thread but the guy didnt mention anything about a misalignment

any help would be much appreciated!

Can't believe it would be a worn clutch as a clutch should last 80,000 - 100,000 miles at least, if the car is driven normally. Some members here had a problem with a slipping clutch which was fixed under warranty.
