Faults engine hic ups!!

I currently own the 1.8 i vetec , and love the experience, however! a couple of weeks ago the engine tic over became a little eratic, and i have a slight hic, or should i say a throttle hesitation on accelleration in 3rd gear.
My dealer reset the tick over and could not find a fault with the throttle response. The tick over problem has re-occured again, so has any one any idea before i return to my dealer with this one.

PS: Love the car otherwise.

I also feel sometimes at smooth accelaration some hesitations.. it's not depending on the gear... and I experienced so that it's not even depending on rpm.. (2000-3000 range or so)

It does not disturb me, occours seldom anyway.. so I can live with it..
if you accelerate a bit more serious you not gonna feel it..
