Honda 1.8 i-Vtec & 2.2 i-CDTI Engine Videos
Just found ths video of how the 1.8 engine works (i-Vtec, Variable length intake etc) on the Honda website http://world.honda.com/HDTV/news/2005-4050705a/
This is for the 2.2 iCDTI engine - http://world.honda.com/HDTV/news/2003-4030226_1a/ Warning it is fairly long video, but it is worth seeing if you are interested in the technology
