Quick question to all you new re-programed i-shift's

In manual mode if you don't change down does the box still change down for you or pop back into auto mode?

I think that's a very clever piece of programing for the box.

I'm usually using i-Shift and occasionally I 'paddle'.

Then I forget I'm paddling, but the box gets it sorted every time.

My "old" i-shift works in the same way. Will change down in manual if the revs are low enough. Likewise it will not allow up changes in manual if there are insufficient revs.
This is nothing new. My wifes 2001 Easytronic Corsa worked exactly the same
