HKS exhaust system

im looking at getting a custom catback system for my 1.8 and ive seen that on the HKS systems they come with bumper protectors and was wondering if anyone knew if or where you can get just that part.

Those triangles are from a Type R maybe a Type S

No they aren't. If you look at the picture they are custom ones made by HKS. Kinda cool. No idea where to get them though.....

They come as part of the exhaust.

I have the HKS Legamax catback system and you cannot buy the trims separate.

Occasionally they come up for sale second hand, but you'll be hard pushed to find them.

But the car in question is a Type R.

1: the black reverse cluster is a standard item on a Type R
2: the exhaust triangles on a Type R have a wider triangle as seen in this pic(top is Type R/Type S, Bottom is non Type R/Type S)

But they do look quite good, I am sure you can get them made to any design you want, you just need the measurements.

The OP has a TypeS, so they will fit fine

As said, keep an eye on the for sale section and ebay mate, they do come up everynow and then!

im confued i have a 1.8 type s and my exhaust triangles are the same as the type r ???

They are. The bottom pic of the two posted above is from the 5 door.
