As posted last week just had a new clutch fitted at blade honda Chippenham to my week old 2.2 cdti.couldn't be happier, great service and done under warranty with no quibbles.car now feels great, clutch pedal feels a lot smoother and lighter.chap said it has now been fitted with a new revised pressure plate etc etc.hope it lasts a lot longer than the old ones.......do u reckon it would be able to take a plug in tuning box?..

I had my clutch replaced under warranty at 43,000 miles, now at 96,000 the clutch is slipping again. Looks like Honda clutches are lasting an average of 48,000 miles. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!
In this day and age should be at least twice that. |

Just tell em straight up, I drive it sensibly & the clutch started slipping. If they charge just say what is the warranty purchased for..

I can't believe with the amount of complaints (must be at least 800 across the forums) on here about clutch issues that we haven't all got together and started a petition.
Are we all just going to keep paying Honda for there faulty clutch parts or do something about it!!! i'm thinking BBC |
