Oil Diesel oil filter?

Does any one know what the black cap is on the offside front corner of the 2.2 engine?

It is just next to the edge of the plastic engine cover and above the alternator and has 25N stamped on it.

I can't tell if it is power steering fluid or the engine oil filter.

The reason I ask is mine is weeping a small quanity of oil....

The bottom edge of mine is moist. It won't be the oil filter --that is usually down the bottom of the engine somewhere.
So long as its not leaking, I don't think its anything to worry about. If it is leaking, go to the Dealer.

Just though, can't be power steering; that electric on a Civic.

Have looked at photos on web of 2.2 out of the car and I cannot see a conventionally positioned oil filter lower down on block.

Must be oil filter then, can any one confirm?
