anyone know the best way to get sum more power out my type s gt 1.8

But I assume turbo and supercharger kits are quite difficult to come by and very expensive.For the price you may as well upgrade to a Type R

Not hard to find but are expensive, super less so. Other modifications add very little. 160hp if you use CAI, new exhaust and remap.

Its £2500 we where told at silverstone and although you'd probably say get a Type R, It'd be funnier having 220bhp at your feet whilst sitting in what looks to be a 1.8. It'd be a great shock for somebody trying to race it and the fuel consumption will be slightly better than an R.
