Is anyone organising a club meet?

Silverstone Circuits are pleased to extend an invitation to your Club to join us at the Silverstone round of the 2012 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship event, saving 50% on all Public Advance ticket prices, also enjoying exclusive parking for members, access to the Paddock and much more. The on track activity features spectacular racing action on the Grand Prix Circuit from the headline Touring Cars, plus a range of supporting races; including the Ginettas, that make for an action packed day of motorsport! 5th to 7th October – an Event for your Club’s diary, website and 2012 Event Calendar!
Full details of how your Club can participate at the British Touring Car Championship event at Silverstone Circuits can be seen below;
To qualify for your Club display area your Club must commit to purchase in advance at least 25 tickets at the offers discounted rate. Your individual club members may also purchase in advance their own tickets at the exclusive Car Club rate (booking fee applies) by using the specific booking code issued to your Club by Silverstone.
Exclusive Car Club Ticket Offer: Tickets are valid for both event days and are only available to members of participating Clubs (booking fee applies).
Club Advance: £14.40
Public Advance: £28.80
On the Gate (2 days): £36.00)

Is £14.40 for 2 days of motorsport?? Whens the deadline for this?? Id prob just do the sunday tbh.

I've just downloaded the forms and they have to be in for 31 August...... I also like that once you apply your club gets a code so folks can get there tickets themselves. But it does state that we have to commit to 25 tickets so I'm not sure how the payments work.

Best thing would be to get the tickets as on the other meets. I could collect the money for the tickets and then buy them all in one go. 25 isn't that many. After me and my +1 that only leaves 23.

I could hand out tickets to those going to JAE and post the rest.
