Travelling to TDI North meet on 5th November?

Just wondered who else is travelling from Scotland and far north of England in case you fancy a bit of company on the way down

I will be travelling from the Northumberland/Cumbria border via the A686 and joining the M6 southbound at junction 40. First services I pass heading south from there is Tebay

I'm aiming to get there about 10ish. Any earlier means eating my cornflakes at silly o'clock

A686 is a fab road indeed. But hoping this winter it won't be blocked by snow for over a month as it was last winter and winter of 2009/10 - a real bitch for me if I need to head south!

Paul (vision) will be the first 1 there i think! He'll be camping the night before the meet haha

Cant set off till 10.30 from Wakefield so it will be just before 12 when I arrive from over the M62

It's a shame I'll already be down there tomorrow or I'd have met up with you, would have been a good drive down! You staying overnight? I'm not heading bac up till Sunday hence why I'm asking....

Hi Dave - fraid I have to head back Saturday pm for fireworks and drinks up in the hills

We'll make sure we have a wee catch up when I'm there - ps what work are you having done down there?

Just getting a service, Mugen rocker cover and carbon plug cover then having the map tweaked for the various parts I've changed

Been instructed to be there for 9am, so setting off early from sunny Stoke to make sure I can get around any M6 holdups!
