Blackpool/Poulton le Fylde mini meet 4-8 June

Might sound an odd one this but stick with me.

I've had a PM from a chap called shae on here.

He's flying into Blackpool airport from Spain for a bit of a road trip and to collect some parts by the sounds of it. Anyway, he lands on the 3rd and leaves in his camper van, that I'm assuming he's also getting whilst over here, on the 9th for the long trek back home.

Why don't us North West members have a bit of a mini meet while he's over then he can have a nosey at our cars and see what we have done?

I've deliberately not set a day yet and left it 4-8 June, so if people could shout up if they want to come along and which day works best for them and mention if there are any days you cannot make it if that makes sense? I'm thinking of meeting around 20:00 so it would still be light but not so late that we'd all be getting home past midnight, but again this is flexible.

1. Loxy - Prefer Thu 7th, can do any day, any time.
2. shae - Any day

and so on.

Also if anyone can suggest a venue, retail park type place, that would be well lit and maybe even a route to go for a bit of a drive?

Maybe coast road down to St Annes from Blackpool?

Yeh my campa is already in the uk ! Pretty long trek to get all my gear !

I live there. There is a retail park (Argos, morrisons, McDonalds etc) right next to Bpool airport.

Aye, I've just been to check what the wife's got planned and she had fallen asleep with the TV on upstairs.

I think Tuesday is as good as any and I'm thinking daytime since it is a bank holiday.

I'll confirm as soon as I can in the morning.

There is a big retail park near the airport Halfords Currys Maplin etc post code is FY43AW there is usually loads of space on the carpark between Halfords and Curreys for us to park up and have a chat.
