After getting a call from Go Karting today the 25th November has now passed since we can't get 20 people together.

However we can go into something called an Open Grand Prix which is just going together with another group of people we have never met to make up the numbers required.

The Open Grand Prix will take place on Sunday 16th December at 4:30pm

Now with the 11 people we have I can go ahead and get it booked. I'll PM you all personally with this information. I need £50 from each person to make this work.

This can be paid to my paypal address as a gift to sjparr88@gmail.com

As soon as I have all 11 payments we can book that slot and do the Grand Prix as planned but there will be another group of people we can compete against as well as each other

Was at speedkarting sunday gone on a open grand prix just to say it's a top place for karting so if you're thinking about going get your name down.I would like to be going to this but im there on the 9th for a iron man event.

Sunday 16th December? a little close to christmas mate, that may well be the problem!

I'd go, but not sure if I'll be around on that date due to the above reason!

Well, sunday 16th is the only date available due to the high demand of the Karting arena. So its sunday 16th or nothing.

I'm seriously considering cancelling this meet anyway. Since the interest (even when the date was set as November) has been minimal at best. Have sent out a bunch of PM's and Facebook messages in the past couple of weeks and go and for about 90% not even got a reply.

Seems like too much hassle for people to even reply these days. Just a "No I can't make it" would suffice.

Anyways, I'll leave this on for a couple more days but its looking likely it wont be happening anyway.

If you're going for the grand prix open event get your names and payments down has the spaces fill up quickly. 6 or more people will cost. £45 each overwise £50. Thought i mention it.
