I went to the trouble of installing a water butt (for the garden plants) a few years ago, and was thinking, is there a way I can connect a hosepipe and jet/pressure washer to it. thus washing the car and ahem, "saving the planet".

Trouble is, the bottom of the butt is bound to have sediment, and would probably end up giving my paintwork a nice shot-blast finish. :facepalm:

Do these washers come with filters to separate all the crap out for this kind of thing, or is this generally an all-round bad idea? :confused:

It's such a pity that the Civic audio system doesn't match up to the rest of the car. I am fed up of the poor bass on my 07 Sport. Can anyone suggest a cheap and easy improvement.
I don't want to make a boom box out of the car.
Maybe all I need is to replace the front door speakers with something that will give me better bass and fit into the existing housings.

Thought i'd try and sell this on here before ebay.

I bought this while i was waiting for my broadband to be put in, i had it on a month rolling contract.
In all honestly if i wasn't on a 12 month contract with the broadband i would keep this thing.

The speed on it was unreal for a dongle. Heres a speed test i did with it:

This was on Three with full signal.

So its had about 20 days use, the film is still on the screen.
No scratches, still boxed. Includes everything in the pictures.

Its unlocked to all networks, as can be seen in one of the picture i've put my Orange sim in and its roaming on T-mobile.

Bad bits:
I stupidly wrote something inside the box lid, i've taken it off with a ink rubber so its taken a bit of the paper off *see pic* This obviously does not effect the running of the dongle...

Apologies for bringing this subject up again, but reading the replies to previous threads has only served to confuse me further.:)

Anyway here goes...

Bought a CTS last September, thought it was standard(ish) spec.

After being on here for a bit, discovered it has the following mods:-
GP splitters F&R, lip spoiler, parking sensors & FN2 OEM alloys.
All done by previous owner & from new as far as I'm aware.

Do I need to declare these at all?
Does the fact that I haven't done the mods make a difference?.
All of the insurance companies I've spoken to haven't a clue what the GP kit is.

I could get cover on a standard CTS for £304, but the cheapest one with the mods deeclared has been £440(Greenlight).

I realise that's nothing compared to what a lot of the young guys on here are paying but I'm 44 with a clean record & I'm on a tight budget at the moment.

Can some kind person please try to make this a bit clearer for me?
