TDI South and Flashpro

Hello all,

Went to TDI South today to get Flashpro and a custom map, I am really pleased with the results. VTEC mode engages alot smoother and earlier, the car seems smoother generally, my average MPG has increased and I definetely can feel the gains everywhere. I am very pleased, over the moon in fact.

Sam and the whole team at TDI South were very knowledgable, and it was great picking the brains of a number of experts. I am looking forward to my next mods with TDI South, intake and exhaust in due time.

I am looking forward to having a look at the data logging side of the Flashpro.

I have attached my dyno of before and after, recorded at the hubs, which I am very pleased about considering my FN2 is three years old and has 36k milleage.

Was also great meeting J_H again, loved his HKS intake.

I'd like to thank the whole team at TDI south and a number of forum members on here who were really helpful leading up to the work.

Couldn't be more happier.

she has, and she is happy with the change!!!? she said its alot smoother ...mind you i didnt tell her the price!

Did your HKS RSK add much in terms of performance? J_H showed me his, I loved the sound!

Not any noticeable performance. Mostly just placebo effect from the sound. Although ask Paul at TDi North they have before and after dynos.

With Flashpro, Milltek and HKS im running 223hp.

Glad the missus is happy with it, but yea keep the price a secret

223Bhp!! At the Hub? Did u get a dyno before you changed anything. I loved the sound of the hks but was just concerned it drawed its air from the engine bay.

I tried uploading my pics earlier and hit the file size problem and probably won't have time to compress them tonight, they're on their way though.

I've had a harder time trying to get the wife to notice the changes with the FRS and Eibachs - she agrees it is less crashy and smoother over gentle bumps at low speed but was not happy when I demonstrated the improved cornering ability!!

hey LVY, whole thing was £900 If your on facebook I got more pictures on there that arent compressed down.
