Glad your car has arrived lemster, it looks great . Must say in all honesty though I think the civic looks great no matter what colour it is.

As Maldax has already alluded to, my Concert Pack is missing! In fact it is sitting in Nottingham at a dealer ... boo hiss!

My car was ordered as a company lease and as such was delivered and PDI'd at a dealer local to the leasing company. When it was delivered to me (down South) the first thing I noticed when the guy opened the front door was the lack of shiny speaker rings!!! Ahhh, where was my Concert Pack???? After a few conversations with the dealer, which included comments like "I'm SURE the concert pack WAS fitted, it's just the rings they forgot to fit", it turns out that none of it was fitted as it was still sitting on the floor in the warehouse ... nice .... thank goodness for you folks at Civinfo as I appear to know much more about the options than they do!

As I don't live anywhere near the original dealer the concert pack will now be fitted by a local dealer (who didn't seem impressed to have to help out the remote dealer). I'll keep you posted on when it's actually fitted and whether it was all worth it.

Phew ... I didn't realise getting some better sound would be so hard! I would suggest that anybody still waiting for their new baby should read up on what they've ordered ... just in case

(yep, NHB is going to be a really b*gger to clean ... I really must program in the local hand-car wash place into the satnav)

Thanks Elfa7 .. I'm really glad I went for them. I'm just soooooo paranoid about curbs. The studio pack should include a cameras on each side of the car just to monitor "curb proximity".

I had 18" alloys on an A4 and had them refub'd twice Unfortunately it just seems to be the consequence of doing lots of mileage in city streets and parking in unfamiliar car parks. (not my driving ability .. honest )

Right, will you all stop posting these fantastic pictures. This car is costing me enough as it is, and now I find that I am thinking of adding the Storm 18's as well.

My "Dream Car" !!

My Civic is also black, but the wheels were plus 2700€ (17") + tyres, and I had to keep my original wheels and tires and I did not want it....
(at least my dealaer told me so - here in Portugal)

nevertheless I haven't yet gave up on this idea....
so maybe one day I will have these wheels also....

Well, very unsually for me, I have put me sensible head on, and stuck with 17's. At the end of the day, the car is a company car, although financing through work etc, I was always opting out the co-car scheme to make money, and hopefully get a better car.

With the added cost of the option and extra cost of tyres, over say three years - it is effectively £1000 that I need not have spent. Does that make sense?

Anyway 17's it is, but I have already found a local alloy restorer, who can repaint alloys in any colour, So I may have the standard wheels painted the same as storms, to go with the NHB look. maybe a bit of Photoshopping is required when I get the car.
