Vivid Blue Type S

Come on you Type S drivers, where are you??
This is my contribution. Possibly the best looking colour on the best looking car. IMHO.
All I have to do to make my car even better is follow Hondaatje's example and colour co-ordinate the black trim.

I wrote about it in my review. There's not a huge number around as yet.

I haven't seen another Type-S out on my travels yet.
It is nice to be driving something quite exclusive at the moment.

I expect most people are waiting for the Type-R. As much as I would love one, my licence would probably be lost as a result of enjoying it to its full.

Looks very nice foggy , yes all of the civics would look better with the trim colour coded. Only reason i went for black. I havent see any type s on the road around here, think there in short supply at this time.

The Type S wasn't officially released until 2007, so I'd expect a good few to be registed this month. I'm not even sure how you managed to get the car early.

It looks fantastic in blue in your pictures. I'll get my black one in a few days time so I'll be able to post some pictures to keep you Type S lovers and haters happy.

Hi Dawson
When I ordered the car, the salesman said it was due to be launched in 2007.
But he seemed quite happy to let me have the car a day or so after it arrived at the dealer.
Whatever the reason, I had an early christmas present

Hi Type S Bournmouth
Another dealer had a Deep Bronze Type S in the showroom. I thought it was black at first, but as I walked around it, it changed colour to the lovely bronze colour. A very good and probably exclusive colour.

Hi hondaatje
All I have to do is persuade my dealer to do it for free
Unfortunately, the car turned up exactly when expected, so I can't use your example as a way to get it done.

Yes thats what i like about the Deep Bronze. It can look black from certain angles etc but when you catch the bronze it looks superb. I like it cause its something a bit different.

I stayed clear of it as I thought it looked brown in pictures.

Hi Type S Bournemouth

Do you have any pictures of a Deep Bronze S type or can you tell me where I might find some? I think it could be a colour I could go for. I would be interested to see the car in that colour.

I will go and take some pics tomorrow of the one at my local dealer. But its a colour you need to see in the flesh really to appreciate what a great colour it is. The photo on this forum doesnt give it justice. Its a colour that changes in different lights.

IMHO its the best colour out there.
