Other great Tax disc Holder for Civic

hi guys just thought i would post a picture of the new tax disc holder i just bought i had to send him an example of what i wanted because i wanted the honda logo in it as well but..

so here are two pics, 1st the one i sent to him to see if it could be done and 2nd the tax disc holder he sent me that will be made (i have just ordered..)

i think that he will pretty much put anything on the back for you so you could have the model for example i-VTEC EX or i-CTDI EX etc anyway i thought this might hellp anyone wanting a nifty tax disc holder for the car..........

oh yeah the cost was 16.99 including post

Im getting the same thing done but for the CTR. He is gona show me a prototype hopefully soon and then I can decide to go for it or not. But I choose black with a the twist back as the bolts are a pain when changing the tax disc! Plus after owning a silver one and seen black ones, the black ones are much better imo.

I've been looking at these tax disc holders on ebay for quite a while. Never bothered to buy one yet. Maybe soon.

Have seen Type-R ones but have never seen a Type-S...

Anyone have the Type-S logo as a vector image? (as it appears on the boot lid)... something that's not a bitmap and is importable into Adobe Illustrator etc.

I could draw it out myself (but if someone's already got it, I'd appreciate it if you could mail it to me...)

Good idea maldax!

I got a black aluminium one off ebay for a few quid, its great as it matches the colour of the car, plus its not one of these allan key screw ones, it twists off at the back when you need to replace the tax disc.

I bought one of these type of Holders for one of my previous cars and I could never get it to stay stuck to the windscreen!

These holders all sound a good idea, but on my Millie, my ones are stuck to the bottom of the screen and I don't think you could read any logo's on them at all.

Maybe I'm just being 'old' again!

I had a look at this, but I thought that the selling price would be too high, and the number of takers too low (especially when there are people on ebay doing custom ones). I'll have another look to see if I can bulk order a bit cheaper...
