I seem to recall the Cossy beating Civic featured in Auto Express recently at mega bucks was in white.
Maybe the owner decided to follow suit? |

Yeah I did a search and it seems that if a colour change was done it would appear on the DVLAs database with the date of the change.
So does this mean that it was always white. Charles, can you get your mate to leave him a civinfo card then we can clarify, plus very interested in the flappy paddles thing although it does seem to have a gearstick as well in the pics |

The i-Shift has both and changes gear either with the gear stick ( +/-) or steering wheel paddles, left to change down and right to change up. Brilliant system; and you can change between manual/auto whilst on the move. Just a flick on a paddle and your in another gear - just like F1.

Correct, from doing vehicle checks every day it will give the primary colour (as manufactured), secondary colour (if applicable) and any changes in colour.

So therefore it was Albino White all the time.
The plot thickens! As for the i-Shift. The i-shift Space Ship comes with the paddles AND a gear stick. You can change using the paddles or just using the gear stick as in rally cars, forward to select one gear up or backwards to select one gear down. "I used to work at the Unemployment Office. Here's my theory...
I reckon the owner works for Honda (Possibly their HO in Slough) and that is an 08 spec car which he/she is testing pre launch. If that is the case, then that would tie in with the speculation that Honda are going to offer new colours and the best time to do it is at the start of a new model year! |
