In fact Jayne is the first member to join this forum. After Pottsy of course, but he started the whole thing. Could it be Mrs. Pottsy?

Edit:

Yes I'm a bit short and had trouble getting it in - but the best things come in small packages!

Mine is silver (well the first one was) when they ordered my replacement they offered me the chance to change the colour, I thought about going for the blueish silver but decided to stick with plain old silver in the end.

I love the car in black but think its hard work to keep clean, silver shows less stone chips, scratches and dirt (talking from experience - my focus was silver)

Also think the silver suits the civic and although I havent seen many of them on the road yet I have not seen any other silver ones at all so although every other make of car may be silver out there the Civic isn't one of them

I'm miffed! I read the headlight washers are standard on the EX but in all the pics there just appears to be 2 little bits of coloured flat plastic where i'd imagine the washers go?

And, as if by magic, those plastic squares pop up and the squirters do their stuff!

Standard on any car with HID lights, some sort of requirement.

They pop out quite quickly and are very powerful, just one word of warning, don't test the if you are standing by the doors

Great fun to be had with those, when I got the new car went to show it off to some friends and persuaded his 9 yr old that he daren't stand near the front of the car with the headlights on, of course that was all the encouragement he needed, straight round to the front of the car, one quick squirt and he was screaming like a girl.

His Labrador is getting delivered next week, mind you on the positive side they are on shorter lead times than the Civics!

Only joking, the screaming was 'cos he had a graze on his chin, got the screen wash in it.

I actually turned the ones on my old Laguna round in the summer months, great fun at traffic lights when parked next to cyclists, or convertibles!

My mate has broken one on his Sharon, when squirted it arc's about 10 feet in the air and about 20 feet forward, used to drive around London and wait for a pick up truck to squirt in to the back, great fun to be had
